These three short miniatures are taken from the Opera and Ballet works of Léo Delibes. The best known is possibly The Flower Duet from his Opera Lakmé. Together with the delicate Pizzicati from his Ballet Sylvia and the broad Valse from Coppelia these make elegant and charming showpieces for two C flutes.
