D016 Scène et Valse de la Poupée (Coppélia) - Delibes, L.
£14.99
(Scene & Waltz of the Doll) from Coppélia
A delightful section of the ballet Coppélia...Swanhilda disguises herself as Dr Coppelius's mechanical doll, and as she starts to dance, he believes he has brought her to life with his magic spells. The opening section perfectly tells the story of the supposed enchantment, and the excitement builds into the delicate and charming Waltz of the Doll. An entertaining piece to play and to listen to, the additional optional triangle gives an extra touch of magic!
